2.5. The “maximum offer” provided is contingent on the accuracy and truthfulness of the information submitted. During the final inspection, if the information provided matches the actual condition of the vehicle, no additional deductions will be made from the offer.

2.6. Your Salesman reserves the right to adjust the offer if, during the final inspection, it is determined that additional expenses will be incurred to make the vehicle market-ready. This may include costs for services, new tyres, body parts replacement, or addressing any damage or maintenance issues that may affect the value of the vehicle.

2.7. Your Salesman retains the right to adjust the “maximum offer” at any point during the process, based on factors such as market conditions, unforeseen expenses, or other relevant considerations.

2.8. Your Salesman reserves the right to decline purchasing certain vehicles. In such cases, we will notify the vehicle owner via email that we are not interested in purchasing their vehicle.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, is protected by intellectual property rights and is owned by Your Salesman or its licensors.

3.2. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written consent.

4. User Responsibilities
